Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from Michigan, USA!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

 Yup! International shipping costs $10 and comes with shipping insurance included. If a customs charge is added on, the customer is responsible for paying that fee.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will be packaged and shipped within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks. If an item gets stuck at customs, the wait might be longer. Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges. Orders placed around the holidays may not be delivered on schedule.

 

I received an email saying my order was delivered, but it is not here. What do I do?

Your first step is to wait a day or two. Sometimes they scan the package early and it is delivered later in the day. If it still hasn't shown up, contact your local post office as well as USPS customer service. They are human too and there may have been a mix up. If the package is deemed lost, we can file an insurance claim. Please email me with your order number and let me know your package is lost. On my end, I will file the claim through Shipsurance (insurance provider). I can only do this if it has been past 20 days since the shipment date. Unfortunately this process is long and slightly drawn out so I ask that you be patient as I cannot control the postal delivery service once the package is out of my hands and in transit.

 

I received my package and the items I ordered are damaged, what do I do?

Every order comes with shipping insurance, meaning you as the buyer are protected as well as myself as the seller. Once your order leaves my hands and is in transit, it is no longer my responsibility if something happens to it. It is however, USPS's fault.

Your first step is to email me and let me know about the damage. Please include clear photos of the damage. Next, I will file a claim through Shipsurance (insurance provider). We will stay in close contact as I want to make sure this is resolved for you. 

 

What is the difference between standard grade and seconds grade pins?

 

Standard Grade:

Pins that are almost perfect. I say almost because the enamel filling is done by hand so it is nearly impossible for them to be absolutely perfect.

Seconds:

Pins that have more than one imperfection or more noticeable imperfections. Imperfections may include: Stray glitter, small scratch, misaligned screen printing, or missing enamel. They are still super cute and need love. Plus, who doesn't love a $5 pin?

 

What is your return policy?

Tiny Forester does not accept returns. The item descriptions are clear and each product is inspected to ensure that they meet these descriptions. If an item is delivered to you damaged, please contact USPS to file an insurance claim. Please also contact me as I will have to file a claim through Shipsurance (insurance provider) as well.
